This weighted barbell is a lovely sage green color and is tipped with a knob at each end, one small and one large. Use Energie to strengthen those important pubococcygeal (PC) muscles, which are crucial for bladder control, not to mention better sex! Start by inserting the larger end into the vagina and contracting the PC muscles - used to stop urine flow - around the knob. Progress to the smaller end for a new challenge, as muscles have to contract even more around a smaller object. Eventually, you should be able to hold either end of the barbell in place while standing, simply by squeezing.
